SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are packed and shipped six days a week. Orders placed on Sunday are usually shipped the following business day. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date.

 

Free Ground Shipping

  • Free Ground Shipping applies to orders over $25 before tax.

  • Processing Time: 3-4 Business Days

  • Ground Delivery: Arrives within 6-8 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

  • Ground Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes: Arrives within 10-15 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

 

Priority Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days

  • Standard Delivery: Arrives within 4-6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

  • Standard Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes: Arrives within 5-12 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

 

Express Shipping (Monday-Friday)

  • Processing Time: 24-48 hours

  • Priority Shipping: Placed before 12:00 PM EST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

  • Priority shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

Lost Items

After the items have been investigated, items may be replaced if they were lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address. If items were confirmed to be delivered to the correct address, items will not be refunded or replaced.

DUE TO COVID-19 SOME ORDERS MAY ARRIVE LATER THAN EXPECTED.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

  • Items may be returned using the return form.

  • Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 30 days of delivery date by mail.

  • All returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt and the customer will receive a refund via the original purchase method used.

  • Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, washed, or the tag or hygienic liner has been removed.

  • All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged, or adjusted for any reason.

  • If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Support within three business days of the package’s original delivery.

  • To cancel an order, please email Customer Support within an hour of making the order.

 

IMPORTANT: Please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets all return requirements. Greater Here Co. reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet all requirements.

 

HOW TO RETURN

1. Fill out the return form with all the required information. You will receive an email with your return instructions 24-48 hours after submission.

Please package and ship your items to the return address below. *Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for their return.  Based on our experience, shipping via USPS is generally the cheapest option.

2. Expect the return process to take 5-7 business days after it has been delivered. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed. Greater Here Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

3. Once the return has been fully processed the customer will be refunded via the original purchase method used.
