Do I need to make an account before purchasing?

Customer accounts are optional, you can checkout as a guest. Customer accounts can make tracking your purchases more easy.

What payment methods are accepted?

Greater Here Co. accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro and PayPal.

What happens if an item is sold out?

Please check back periodically to see if we added the item back to our website. Also, sign up to receive emails about popular sellers.

Can I purchase a gift card?

At this time, Greater Here Co. does not offer gift cards, but check back soon for options!

How do I grow plants with my stationery?

You'll need a pot or planter bed, potting soil, your plantable card (or box), water and a sunny corner. 1. Prepare your pot (skip to #2 if you're using a planter bed): fill your pot 2/3 full with good potting soil - firmly full, but not packed. The pot can be placed indoors or outdoors, but please keep weather conditions in mind. 2. Plant your paper: take your plantable paper and place it on the soil in your pot or planter bed. If you have room you can lay the whole card flat, if not, you can tear it in half or into smaller pieces. Spread a 1/8 inch layer of soail over the paper and gently press down. 3. Water during germination: after planting, water your pot. You want the paper and the soil to be nicely damp. During the first 10 days, keep the paper moist at all time. 4. Continued germination: Once sprouts appear, continue to keep the paper moist, but be careful not to over-water. Once sturdy plants appear, water as needed.

What kind of flowers will grow from my stationery?

The seed paper includes six different types of annual and perennial wildflower seeds. The seed varieties include: Bird's Eye, Clarkia, Black Eyed Susan, Catchfly, Snapdragon, and Sweet Alyssum. The seeds in the paper are non-GMO.

Why did I get two different shipping confirmations?

If you ordered one of our Greater Here Collection t-shirts they ship directly from our printer. In that case, you may recieve two different shipping confirmations and the items may arrive at different times.

Discounts + Promotion

Can I combine promo codes?

No, only one promo code can be used per order. There may be times when coupon codes can only be used on certain products.

How do I use a discount code?

Discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. If the discount code is still valid the cart will adjust accordingly. There may be cases when discount codes are automatically applied.


When will my order ship?

Orders generally take 1-2 days to process. Shipment time is based on the method that you choose during checkout.

Do I receive a tracking confirmation for my order?

Yes, once the order is fulfilled you will receive an email with the tracking information. The email will be sent to the email address used when you placed the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but maybe in the future.

What do I do about lost or stolen packages?

Greater Here Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your order has been lost or stolen email help@greaterhereco.com as soon as possible so we can assist!


How can I return my order?

- Fill out the return form with all the required information. You will receive an email with your return instructions 24-48 hours after submission. - Please package and ship your items to the return address below. *Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for their return. Based on our experience, shipping via USPS is generally the cheapest option. Greater Here Co. How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please email help@greaterhereco.com within an hour of making the order.

Are there return requirements?

Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 30 days of delivery date by mail. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and the customer will receive a refund via the original purchase method used.
